500 meters above Alma-Arasan
In the mountains south of Almaty, Kazakhstan, there's a little super-rural tourist stop called Alma-Arasan. You're in a steep valley with mountains on either side. I sent the Mavic up higher from the ground than I ever had before, 500 meters, and still didn't get over the sides of the valley.
